Join us Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 1-4pm at our beautiful blufftop sanctuary. In our Autumn retreat, we will explore the AUTUMN interval, celebrating our individual and collective harvest(s) of the season. Accompanied by the Storybook Farm Team, you will practice experiencing thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judging them, utilizing an Equine Assisted Exercise in our covered arena. You will learn tools to extend this practice into your daily life. This will be followed by individual and group reflection, journaling and light refreshments in our studio overlooking the arena. Our September GRATITUDE Retreat is dedicated to reconnecting our mind, body, and spirit to honor all that we are grateful for in our lives. Accompanied by the Storybook Farm Team, you will explore the essence of authentic relationships, including how to forge and sustain them utilizing an Equine Assisted Exercise in our covered arena.
